We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards online, our payment processing gateway is secured by SagePay. You can pay online, or over the phone, +44 (0)1604 670770. Note - we can only ship to the registered card holder address if paying over the phone.
Please note for online payments - If you provide us with a shipping address that is different from the billing address, we may ask you for an additional proof of identity; further checks may be carried out before processing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be suspicious or fraudulent to counteract fraud.


Shipping Information:

- Free Shipping for UK Mainland*, orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD or a Palletised Distribution. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Royal Mail deliveries usually arrive within 5-7 Business days from the time that the item was shipped. DPD are usually next business day. Pallet deliveries are normally next day if arranged, if not arranged a member of dispatch will contact you. Please allow up to 5-7 days to receive your item. In-stock items usually ship same day if order is placed before 1:00 pm GMT during business days (Monday-Friday). In stock orders placed after 1:00 p.m. GMT will usually ship next business day. Please note that some items may take up to 5 business days to ship. During holidays, due to the high demand, in stock items may take 1-3 business days to ship.

*Lawn Tractors and Riders only supplied within a 50 mile radius of Northampton.
*Buggies and Quads delivered within a 50 mile radius of Northampton and delivery charges applicable.

Where a pre-arranged delivery has failed to take place due to the lack of an authorised signatory being present, additional delivery charges will apply before the rescheduling of a second shipment is made.

Delivery notes requesting items to be left in a safe location, you are accepting full responsibility for the item. Any loss or damage of items left as instructed by yourself or your agents will not be accepted.



Very rarely, due to the high rate of inventory turnover and changes to the product lines, some items may become back-ordered or unavailable. We will notify you ASAP if such a situation should occur with your order. If requested, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

A small percentage of products within our inventory are stocked externally and may take up to 5 working days to be shipped.


Overseas Orders:

Customers from outside the UK should not order goods unless they have had agreement from us that we will deliver to your location. Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK without our agreement will be subject to cancellation. Please email us at for a quotation, ensuring you note the item you require and delivery destination including zip code.

Product Inspection:

Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit by the carrier company. Inspect the box for external damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. 
Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at with ATTN: DAMAGED ITEM in the subject line. Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.


Returns & Exchanges:

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase. This must be unused and in its original packaging.  You must notify us in writing either by post or email, within 14 working days from the day after you receive your purchase.  If you fail to notify us within this time period, you forfeit your rights to return your purchase. If you do wish to return your purchase, it is then your responsibility to return it to us at your cost, or cover the cost, should we be required to collect the item.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

*If an exchange is required for an item of higher value then you will be refunded upon receipt so that the re-purchase of the required item can be made at the higher price.  An email will be sent to you on the date of the refund.
*If an exchange is required for an item of lower value then the difference in price will be refunded to you upon receipt and the replacement item sent out 
*Please detail what item you want to exchange for on the dotted line on the return form

In the event of a replacement being unavailable, a refund will be made to you.


Pricing Errors:

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Your contract of purchase is established on delivery of the purchased item. Goods remain the property of Garden Machines until signed for by the customer or their agents.


To be able to register machinery with the manufacturer in question, customers personal details (name & address) may be given. This information will be held solely for the purpose of warranty.
